Need Help with an Exchange?

Need a different size or received the wrong item? Watch the video below for a complete walkthrough of our exchange process, including eligibility requirements and how to submit an exchange request.

 

We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to exchange garments for a different size, please follow the steps below:

 

Submit an Exchange Form

- Fill out the exchange form, which can be found HERE.


Return Process

- Return the item(s) to the school's front desk personnel.

- Ensure the item(s) include the original packing slip for proper identification and processing. We cannot process exchanges for orders returned without the packing slip.

- Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear, damage, or markings (including writing).

- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item(s).


Processing Timeline

- Orders are picked up weekly. Once your return is collected, we will process your exchange request promptly.


Finalized Exchange

- After processing, the replacement item(s) will be delivered during the next weekly delivery under your original order number.
