We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you need to request a refund, please follow the steps below:
Submit a Return Request
- Fill out the return form, which can be found HERE.
- After submitting, you will be redirected to the online portal. If you do not have an account, please create one.
- Refund requests for orders that have not yet been shipped, please provide ALL RELEVANT details of your request, and we will review it accordingly.
Approval and Item Return
- Once approved, please return the item(s) to the school’s front desk.
- Ensure the item(s) are in original condition. This means no dirt, stains, no damage, wear, or alterations.
- Include the packing slip for proper processing. Refunds will NOT be processed for returns WITHOUT the packing slip.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
Refund Processing
- Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund promptly.
- Please note that the refund will exclude a $3.55 transaction fee from the initial purchase.
